THAI MASSAGE: A Quirky Family Entertainer
Thai Massage is a heartwarming tale about the coming of age of a seventy-yearold man in a quirky family entertainer. The film stars the prolific Gajraj Rao, known for many memorable performances along with Divyenndu Sharma who has worked his way into the audience’s heart with each character he has brought to life. The cast spoke exclusively to Ashish Tiwari of First India News. Speaking on the Film Gajraj shared, “ I like movies that are different from the others and Thai Massage was exactly and hence I am a part of the project and working with such a stellar star cast has been a cherry on the top.” Speaking on the film Mangesh shared, “All stories revolve around us it is just important to see them and write them. I believe I feel too much hence I can bring that story on screen.”
Sharing his take on the changing industry norms Gajraj said, “ The same stories and same characters on screen that have been played over the years are not appreciated by the audiences now while the audience is keen on watching unique and real stuff. Now there’s a space to put forth real stories out there. And that’s why people are accepting a story of a 70-yearold man “Sharing his character Divyenndu shared, “ I feel very blessed and lucky that I am always offered some brilliant and path-breaking characters. When I heard the story I could see the character shining out and at that moment I just knew I had to execute this on screen. I am extremely lucky that I got to be part of such a distinguished project like Thai Massage” Speaking on the success they shared, “Stardom shouldn’t get over an actor. We should only work hard and deliver our best it’s on the audience to love and appreciate a character but that love shouldn’t overpower your effort and it should never be your ego. That’s the only way to success” Thai massage is a tale of Atmaram Dubey (played by Gajraj Rao), struggling with erectile dysfunction and his adventures to overcome it, including a trip to Thailand! The movie is presented by T-Series Films and Reliance Entertainment and will be released on 11th November 2022.
