Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora receives Lifetime Achievement Award

Jaipur, June 22: The Asia HRD Congress presented the Rajasthan Leadership Award-2023 to the Coaching Hub, AIS Residency, Jaipur Chowpatty, and the Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana, all developed by the Housing Commissioner.
The Mandal, adorned with awards and honors, has garnered 27 prestigious accolades in just four years.
Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora was felicitated with the Lifetime Achievement Award by ‘The Asia HRD Congress,’ along with four additional awards for the Coaching Hub, AIS Residency, Jaipur Chowpatty, and Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana, all projects overseen by the Board.
Pawan Arora was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award in the individual category at a grand ceremony held in a 5-star hotel in Jaipur. Present at the occasion were Chief Engineer First, Mr. KC Meena, Additional Chief Engineer, Mr. Amit Agarwal, and other officers.
The Asia HRD Congress bestowed the Innovative Project of the Year award upon the Coaching Hub, the Best Innovation in Product Design award to AIS Residency, the Developer of the Year (Affordable Housing) award to the flats under Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana, and the Developer of the Year award to Jaipur Chowpatty (in the Retail category).
The entire credit for these achievements goes to the Mandal team.
Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora expressed that having a strong team with excellent leadership is crucial. The Board’s officers and personnel have achieved what seemed impossible over the past few decades in the last four years. The continuous recognition and awards received by the Mandal demonstrate their commitment and hard work towards the welfare of the common people. Arora emphasized that this streak of awards will persist.

It is worth mentioning that even before the ceremony, the Coaching Hub, Jaipur Chowpatty, AIS Residency, and Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana had already gained significant fame at the national and international levels. The city dwellers are enthralled by the delectable cuisine and delicacies offered at Chowpatty, located in Pratap Nagar and Mansarovar. The Chowpatties have also received two international awards for attracting the maximum footfall within the first five months. The live band performances at the square have become a favorite among visitors. The Coaching Hub, situated in Pratap Nagar, is the first institute in the country where private coaching is conducted simultaneously in a building equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The houses built under the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana have consistently excelled in terms of quality and amenities. Additionally, the All India Service Residency is the only residency in the country that offers state-of-the-art facilities, earning multiple national-level accolades.
The number of awards and honors has exceeded two dozen.
It is noteworthy that under the leadership of Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora in the past four years, the board has received a total of 27 awards. These include the World Book of Records in House Sales, SKOCH Award-2021, Award of Excellence, Honor by the National Real Estate Development Council, National Housing Award, IBC, Star of Governance-Gold Award, Real Estate Conclave, and OMG-Book of Records, among others.
