The incident reportedly occurred while Shah Rukh Khan was shooting for a project in Los Angeles. During the shoot, he accidentally hurt his nose, causing it to bleed. Recognizing the severity of the situation, he was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. Fortunately, doctors assured his team that there was nothing to worry about, but a minor surgery was required to stop the bleeding.
